Raceway Mfg. opened in 1987 in Ormond Beach, Florida by Ron and Sandy Norton to fill a need for
parts for local racers. They manufacture custom products for hot rods,
customs and street rods. Ron and his wife, Sandy have been vendors at
the Daytona Turkey Run since 1988 and a member of the Daytona Beach Street Rods for even longer. They currently are enjoying their time in their 1948 Desoto and their 1938 Chrysler.
Raceway Mfg is a part of both the spring and fall shows every year. Ron and Sandy work the show together with a few of their team members and their son joins them as well sometimes when he's in town.
Ron said they've always been successful at the Turkey Run and they are looking forward to it again this year. We appreciate you, Raceway Manufacturing and we will see you in November!

Larry and Pat Davis' 1957 Chevy BelAir
Larry & Pat Davis' 1957 Chevy BelAir |
Larry got his hands on this car back in 2002. With the help of Scott Warman of NC, they set out to make her all she could be. They kept the original frame, even going so far as to strip, base coat, and buff it numerous time to give it a shine the would put the bodywork of most cars to shame. They also kept the original body and tweaked it into pristine shape. Everything else was replaced, right down to changing out nuts and bolts with stainless versions. They dropped in a 383 Stroker with (2) 4-barrel carb’s and a 373 rear end. She sports rack-and-pinion steering, A/C and Wilwood disk breaks. The interior is spotless and beautiful and the trim work screams at you standing still.
This show piece has won many awards in NC as well as GA, most recently placing in the top 40 at Waycross in 2012. She has been to the Turkey Run 3 times, and will be there for the 40th anniversary this Nov. 28th -Dec. 1st of 2013. Come on out and see this amazing car along with the thousands of others. See you all at the show!
